1. Delivery Timelines:

2. Shipping Rates:

We offer shipping rates for all deliveries within India as per ship rocket shipping terms and conditions.
Orders over ₹1,099 qualify for free standard shipping.
Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost, depending on your location.
3. Shipping Zones:

We currently ship to addresses within India. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
4. Tracking Orders:

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
After placing an order, shiprocket will send tracking information to your registered contact details.

7. International Shipping:

We do not currently offer international shipping through Shiprocket. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Kiddivilla provides an option of returning any products purchased within 24 hours of its receipt in the following conditions:

USED PRODUCT
A product cannot be returned once it has been used, worn out or torn/damaged. Please ensure that the product is in original condition and unused. You need to return the product with all the price tags, original packing, labels and invoice.

SUSPECT DAMAGE
At times, the outer packaging may appear to be damaged, but the actual product is just fine in most of such cases. Kiddivilla doesn’t take any liability for the damage of packaging. Get in touch with our customer care at +91 9711189564 (Monday to Friday: 10am to 6pm) within 24 hours of delivery of the product, in case the product arrives damaged.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
In case, you get a defective or damaged product from our side, we will return or replace it. However, the shipping cost for the return has to be borne by the customer. Please pursue the following process for returning an item purchased from Kiddivilla.

• Call us at +91 9711189564 and provide your Order details with your Order-ID number.

• Our customer care executive will confirm about your return request ASAP.

• The customer care executive will inform you about the product returning process.

• For complaints on defective products, an email from the customer has to be sent to the respective brand authorities notifying them of the defect in the product with images and videos to validate the claim. This first email should be sent to kiddivilla.feedback@gmail.com. Our sales representative with share the brand email address at which the request needs to be raised. Without this step, a claim for a defective product will not be accepted by Kiddivilla.

INCORRECT PRODUCT
Please note that if an Incorrect Product(s) is handed by you to our Courier Service Partner, Kiddivilla shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such Incorrect product while in transit or otherwise.

DISCOUNTED PRODUCT
If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.

CANCELLATION
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If an order hasn't been shipped, please go to your account page, then go to your orders section. Once in the orders page, click on the Request Cancellation button to request
cancelation of the order.

** No refund option will be available due to any price change at any time.
